For long as I can remember I struggled with sub-optimal health, plagued with a list of chronic and mystery illnesses. I spent years with migraines, painful and heavy periods, extreme digestive issues, exhaustion, nausea and fainting spells. I was diagnosed with a slew of issues and told suffering was my fate as a woman.

Then, I became a Holistic Nutrition Practitioner - on a mission to never let a woman feel as abandoned by her body and the health care system as I did. Your suffering is not “normal”, and your symptoms are not “random”, or just “part of being a woman”.

    A holistic nutritionist looks at your whole body — hormones, digestion, mental health, and lifestyle — to uncover root causes of symptoms and support healing with food, herbs, and lifestyle shifts.

  • What is functional testing and how is it different from regular lab work?

    Functional testing looks deeper than standard blood work. It helps uncover the root causes of symptoms by assessing mineral levels, gut health, adrenal stress, and immune response. Unlike conventional labs that often say you’re “within range,” functional tests reveal imbalances before they turn into diagnosable conditions.

  • What functional tests do you offer?

    I use tools like HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) GI-MAP (Comprehensive Stool Analysis), Amino Acid Profiles, Genetic testing, Salivary Hormones, OATs (Organic Acid Testing) and more.

  • What’s the best test for hormone imbalance or PMDD?

    To support PMDD naturally, I often recommend HTMA first - minerals are the foundation, after that we can look into GI map, salivary hormones, DNA testing (for mutations like MTHFR, COMT) or amino acid profiles when necessary.

  • What’s cycle syncing and how does it work?

    Cycle syncing aligns your food, movement, and lifestyle with your menstrual phases to reduce PMS, support your hormones and boost energy. I offer personalized guides and the cycle chef app to make it easy.

  • Do I need to do testing to work with you?

    Nope! I recognize functional labs are pricey and not in everyone’s budget. A big part of my mission is accessibility and I’ve successfully helped women heal their gut issues, PMS and acne without labs.
